Chicago Pneumatic has introduced the CPVS 75-120 oil-injected screw compressor, ranging from 55 kW to 90 kW, designed to meet the demands of modern industrial environments. It combines in-house engineered components, including a compression element and an IE4 efficiency motor, to enhance performance and reliability. The compressor can operate in ambient temperatures up to 46°C and features an integrated dryer with an internal water separator for optimal performance.
The new compression element, developed in Belgium, increases volumetric efficiency and reduces pressure losses, delivering up to 4% more free air while consuming 3% less power. The Interior Permanent Magnet (iPM) motor exceeds IE4 efficiency levels, ensuring optimal cooling and durability with an IP66 rating.
Noise reduction is a key feature, with a silencing baffle and pre-filtering filter mats to maintain low noise levels. The compressor also includes separate oil and air coolers for superior cooling and extended lifespan, with easy access for maintenance. The in-house designed inlet valve ensures maintenance-free operation, while the oil separator vessel prevents leakage risks.
The next-generation ES4000T touchscreen controller, with integrated connectivity, allows for easy control and optimization, promoting energy savings. Additionally, the in-house designed inverter with Imperium – Variable Speed Technology ensures durability and high performance.
