Navien UK has introduced its new compact NCB500 system boiler, designed to offer homeowners the advantages of its popular NCB500 combi boilers. The new system boiler promises a 10-year warranty, a durable stainless steel heat exchanger, and dimensions that fit neatly into cupboards.
Aimed at modern family homes, the NCB500 system boiler provides an efficient and cost-effective heating solution, particularly for properties with an existing hot water cylinder. This latest product launch highlights Navien’s efforts to strengthen its presence in the UK market by expanding its range of heating and hot water solutions.
Navien entered the UK market in 2014 with its NCB-Ce gas boilers, the first iteration of its NCB range. Since then, the company has expanded its offerings, now providing a comprehensive selection of heating and hot water appliances tailored to meet the needs of residential properties.

The NCB500 system boiler joins Navien’s array of products, including the new PEM750 heat pump, NCB gas-powered boilers, LCB Blue Flame oil-powered boilers, NPE water heaters, and AI-powered smart controls.
Engineered with homeowners in mind, the NCB500 system boiler features stainless steel heat exchangers that enhance its durability and longevity. Its user-friendly, text-driven display integrates seamlessly with Navien’s Smart Plus controls, providing homeowners with the tools to monitor energy consumption and optimize performance with ease.
Parkes further explained: “In areas where water pressure can fluctuate, system boilers are often the ideal solution, ensuring a consistent supply of hot water and offering a more economical and practical choice for homeowners.”
The NCB500 also comes with a natural gas (NG) and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) conversion kit, making it easy for installers to set up the system for homes without access to mains gas. The system’s fully modulating feature, which adjusts output levels from 15 kW to 30 kW, offers flexibility for a variety of household sizes and installation needs. Its compact, lightweight design allows it to fit seamlessly into small spaces such as kitchen cupboards or utility areas.
