These properties allow it to endure rigorous thermal cycling and mechanical shock. The silicone operates effectively within a broad service temperature range of -80°F to +400°F. Its silver-filled composition ensures strong adhesion to a variety of substrates, including metals, composites, glass, ceramics, rubbers, and many types of plastics.
The product is user-friendly with a straightforward 1:1 mix ratio by weight. Its paste-like consistency minimizes flow, and it cures without the need for humidity exposure. MasterSil 323S-LO offers flexible curing schedules at elevated temperatures: 4 to 6 hours at 160-180°F, or 2 to 3 hours at 190-210°F.
