The study analyzed online reviews from 200 companies spanning multiple industries, evaluating them on criteria such as culture and values, diversity and inclusion, work-life balance, compensation, career opportunities, and senior management satisfaction.
The construction industry emerged as the top performer with an impressive overall satisfaction score of 72.20 out of 100. This high rating can be attributed to several factors, including substantial wage increases—over 20% since 2021—along with rising job opportunities, improved job security, and a diverse range of roles within the sector.
Methodology and Scoring
TollFreeForwarding.com assessed 10 leading industries in the U.S., selecting 20 top companies from each. The evaluation utilized data from Glassdoor, where companies are rated on a scale from 1 to 5 across the following categories:
- Culture and values
- Diversity and inclusion
- Work-life balance
- Compensation
- Career opportunities
Senior management
Each company could earn up to five points per category, contributing to a maximum possible score of 100 for each category. The final industry scores were determined by averaging the scores of all 20 companies within each sector.
