At the AMB 2024 exhibition, ARNO Werkzeuge will highlight its commitment to enhancing machining efficiency by unveiling new products and strategies designed to minimize time wastage. ARNO Werkzeuge’s presentation will include the expansion of its ATS grooving system with the introduction of new TA14 holders and cutting inserts for axial grooving. These additions facilitate the production of ring grooves on flat surfaces. The new cutting inserts, made from durable carbide, come in widths ranging from 1.5 to 4 mm. The holders are available in both left and right-hand versions and in straight and 90° angled designs. They are compatible with shank sizes of 16×16, 20×20, and 25×25, allowing users to achieve grooving depths of up to 5 mm for steel and 3 mm for stainless steel. The system also supports various cooling system connections.
