McLaren Automotive Partners with Atlas Copco to Transform Production Operations

McLaren Automotive, a renowned manufacturer of ultra-high performance supercars, has officially named Atlas Copco, a global leader in innovative industrial assembly tooling and software solutions, as its ‘Official Smart Tooling Supplier.’

Moreover, the collaboration facilitates the automation of McLaren’s bodyshell adhesive application processes through the integration of Atlas Copco’s cutting-edge joining and vision technologies. This includes high-precision SCA adhesive dispensing and the 3D laser profiling RTVision quality inspection system, enabling McLaren to elevate efficiency and accuracy at every stage of assembly.
