Open Mind Technologies will unveil its latest software advancements at the AMB exhibition, taking place from September 10 to 14 at Messe Stuttgart, Stand 2B21 in Hall C2. The company, renowned for its hyperMILL CAD/CAM suite, will present a range of new features and services designed to enhance manufacturing processes.
At the exhibition, attendees will have the opportunity to explore three interactive workstations that illustrate how hyperMILL can facilitate a seamlessly connected and digitalized manufacturing environment. Key highlights will include the Hummingbird MES (Manufacturing Execution System), advancements in hyperMILL automation technologies, and the hyperMILL Virtual Machine.
Among the innovations featured, hyperMILL® TURNING Solutions will be showcased as a prominent example of digital twin technology. This includes detailed simulations of lathes equipped with turrets and Siemens control systems, enabling precise tool mapping through hyperMILL® VIRTUAL Machining.
The Hummingbird MES system stands out for its ability to optimize manufacturing processes by improving planning, connectivity, control, and automation. This versatile system supports companies in enhancing productivity and resource management through a comprehensive digitalization approach.
