Coventry-based Advanced Grinding Solutions (AGS) will be featuring four of its key principals at the upcoming AMB 2024 exhibition in Stuttgart, scheduled from September 10-14. The event will highlight AGS’s diverse range of grinding technologies, with prominent exhibitors including Tschudin, Rollomatic, Gerber, and the newest addition, Danobat.
Tschudin will present its Cube 350 centreless grinding machine at Hall 5, Stand 5C11. The Cube 350 is designed to maximize productivity with its compact size and innovative open design, which facilitates quick and flexible changeovers. The machine’s unique feature is its patented W-axis, allowing for parts to be loaded outside the grinding area, thus improving efficiency and safety while minimizing machine downtime.
Rollomatic, a global leader in tool grinding, will showcase its GrindSmart range at Hall 5, Stand 5B41. Rollomatic’s machines are renowned for their precision in producing cutting tools up to 20mm in diameter. The GrindSmart machines feature a 6th CNC axis for flawless tool geometry and utilize advanced linear motor technology for superior surface finishes and reduced maintenance costs. Rollomatic’s commitment to quality is underscored by their industry-leading 3-year unlimited hours parts and labor warranty.
Gerber, exhibiting at Hall 6, Stand 6B71, will display its range of deburring and polishing machines. With over 60 years of experience, Gerber offers advanced solutions for deburring, edge rounding, and polishing. Their modern machines cater to a wide variety of components, and the company also provides subcontracting services with a fully equipped workshop.
Danobat, AGS’s newest principal, will use the AMB show to highlight its latest offerings at Hall 5, Stand 5B64. The Danobat group includes Danobat, Overbeck, and Hembrug, each specializing in different areas of grinding technology. Danobat’s portfolio features internal and external grinding machines, as well as combined internal/external models. Overbeck, celebrating its 100th anniversary, produces internal grinding machines capable of handling bores as small as 1mm in diameter. Hembrug, a leader in ultra-precision hard turning, provides hybrid machines with exceptional dimensional tolerance and surface finish capabilities.
AGS’s presence at AMB 2024 underscores its commitment to showcasing cutting-edge grinding solutions and innovations across the industry.
