Lubricant manufacturer Rocol has strengthened its senior leadership with the addition of a new Head of Technical and two Product Managers.
Egidio D’Antona has been appointed Head of Technical, coming from Swedish electric vehicle manufacturer Polestar. Kelly Dougill and Matthew Broderick join as Product Managers, overseeing plant, facilities, and maintenance fluids, and process lubricants, respectively.
These appointments highlight Rocol’s commitment to advancing its product portfolio and reinforcing its position as a leader in the industrial lubricants sector. D’Antona plans to focus on high-impact research projects that align with emerging market trends and innovations.
All three new hires joined Rocol as part of a strategic expansion initiative in August 2024. The company has reported a notable increase in demand this year and anticipates continued strong growth for the remainder of 2024.
Gerard McCargo, Human Resources Business Partner at ITW Fluids Europe, expressed enthusiasm about the new appointments, stating, “We are thrilled to welcome Egidio, Kelly, and Matthew to the Rocol team during this pivotal time for the company. As our customers navigate stricter regulations and sustainability targets, our enhanced team is poised to provide innovative solutions and support, ensuring we continue to meet the evolving needs of our global customer base.”
The new leadership will support Rocol’s mission to address industry challenges and leverage new market opportunities, contributing fresh perspectives alongside the company’s established high-quality products and services.
