Since their appointment as Supfina’s UK representatives in 2023, Master Abrasives has been diligently working to address the high-precision requirements of their clients, aiming to boost efficiency and improve surface finishes.
One notable application involved a global bearing manufacturer, which recently integrated Supfina’s superfinishing attachment 110 into their production line. This advanced tool is designed to enhance the finishing of bearings, demonstrating its capabilities in meeting the high standards of precision required in the industry.

The pneumatic superfinishing attachment 110 is versatile, suitable for mounting on both small and medium-sized carrier machines. It is adept at finishing ground and turned surfaces, as well as cylindrical components. Additionally, it can be used on flat, slightly convex, or concave surfaces and bores.
Supfina showcased their superfinishing technology at the MACH exhibition earlier this year, with Johannes Weiss, Supfina’s expert, available to discuss various customer needs. Supfina offers a wide range of solutions, including flat finishing, fine grinding, double disk grinding, superfinishing, and high-tech automated options.
