Kendale Coleman, 34, a resident of the 500 block of Third Avenue in Joliet, was taken into custody on Friday, marking the fourth consecutive year he has been incarcerated at the Will County Jail. Police say Coleman had no permission to enter the vacant home he was found in, located on the 500 block of Water Street.
