Greenzo Energy, an Indian renewable energy company, has entered into a strategic partnership with France-based EODev to introduce hydrogen fuel cell power generators in India and Nepal. This collaboration marks a significant step toward offering a sustainable and zero-emission alternative to conventional diesel generators.
The hydrogen fuel cell generators, which generate electricity and heat by combining hydrogen and oxygen, will be marketed primarily to high-demand sectors such as agriculture, telecommunications, and transportation. Greenzo Energy will not only distribute EODev’s advanced generators but will also provide maintenance services to ensure the long-term reliability of the equipment.
As part of the agreement, the companies will localize production through assembly operations in India, demonstrating their commitment to the region. Greenzo Energy anticipates a business potential of USD 10 million within the first year of the partnership. Both companies have expressed strong support for India’s ongoing efforts to reduce reliance on fossil fuels and transition to cleaner, more sustainable energy sources.
This collaboration is seen as a key step in the growing hydrogen economy in South Asia, as both Greenzo Energy and EODev continue to push for innovation in clean energy solutions.
