Samsung Electronics has announced a multi-year partnership with Instacart to bring a new level of convenience to U.S. consumers through their Samsung Bespoke refrigerators. This collaboration combines Samsung’s food recognition technology, AI Vision Inside, with Instacart’s advanced product-matching API, allowing users to shop for groceries directly from their refrigerator screens.
Starting with the 2025 Bespoke refrigerator models, including the 32” AI Family Hub™+ and the new 9” AI Home, the integration will enable consumers to easily replenish grocery items via Instacart. The AI Vision Inside technology not only helps manage food inventory but also facilitates seamless replenishment directly from the refrigerator.

Daniel Danker, Chief Product Officer at Instacart, added, “This partnership brings us closer to the dream of a self-replenishing refrigerator, allowing Bespoke owners to restock their shelves through same-day delivery from their favorite local stores.”
The Instacart integration will also be available for existing AI Family Hub™+ models equipped with AI Vision Inside, through over-the-network firmware updates in 2025. This marks another step in Samsung’s ongoing Smart Forward initiative, which enhances the value of existing appliances through software updates.
