With its advanced ZT Scan DIA strategy, the system combines quadrupole dimensions and rich MS/MS data from the Zeno trap, addressing a critical challenge in moving protein biomarker candidates beyond the discovery phase.

This system aims to streamline clinical and translational research workflows, accelerating progress in precision medicine.
ZT Scan DIA represents the next evolution in data-independent acquisition (DIA), allowing the system to quantify 125% more protein groups at sub-nanogram levels than conventional methods. The inclusion of Electron-activated dissociation (EAD) enhances fragmentation capabilities for a variety of molecule types.
With a scanning speed of up to 640 Hz, the ZenoTOF 7600+ is SCIEX’s fastest accurate mass system, perfect for large-scale quantification panels. Its integration of the Q1 quadrupole dimension with MS/MS scans improves data analysis, offering higher confidence in differentiating isomeric peptides and localizing post-translational modifications (PTMs).
