Brokk Inc., renowned for its distribution of Brokk demolition robots and Aquajet Hydrodemolition equipment, has added another innovative solution to its lineup — the Ecovolve electric, high-tip dumpers. These electric dumpers, designed for debris clean-up during demolition, offer low noise, extended battery life, and a compact build, making them an ideal complement to Brokk’s robotic demolition machines.
With an eight-hour battery life, the Ecovolve electric dumpers are not only efficient but also contribute to cleaner, quieter work environments. Their emission-free operation and minimal maintenance make them a cost-effective solution for various debris removal tasks. These dumpers are particularly suitable for projects where fuel savings, low-noise, and eco-friendly machinery are essential.
“Like Brokk, Ecovolve products are electric and compact — perfectly suited for interior demolition or any situation where fumes and access are a concern,” said Jeff Keeling, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Brokk Inc. “Adding this innovative equipment to our lineup provides customers the possibility of a fully electric demolition project, including clean-up.”
Brokk will offer the full range of Ecovolve’s electric dumpers:
ED800: The most compact model, able to fit through a 31.5-inch doorway. It boasts a 1,763-pound load capacity and a tipping height of 58 inches, making it ideal for interior demolition in tight spaces.
ED1000: A versatile, mid-size dumper with a 2,200-pound load capacity and a tipping height of 58 inches.
ED1500: Designed for larger loads, this model can carry up to 3,300 pounds with a tipping height of 63 inches.
These dumpers operate at a noise level of 65 decibels, which is similar to normal conversation, and have a 63-inch turning radius for maneuverability in confined areas. Additional features include remote control operation for enhanced safety and the Ecochute attachment for pouring concrete.
The maintenance requirements are minimal, including monthly greasing and battery care, with maintenance-free tires available, including a no-mark option for clean surfaces.
Brokk will showcase the ED800 at the World of Concrete 2025 in booth C4519, where attendees can learn more about these efficient and environmentally friendly dumpers.
