STABILISOR™ tackles a major issue in compressed air systems: fluctuating air demand. These fluctuations often result in inefficient compressor cycles, mechanical wear, and higher operational costs. By ensuring continuous airflow stability, this new technology offers significant energy savings, extends equipment lifespan, and reduces operational expenses.
The STABILISOR™ system utilizes a unique “Recirculate and Recover” principle, which aligns compressor capacity with fluctuating air demand through controlled recirculation and recovery. This reduces load/unload cycles, optimizes energy consumption—delivering up to 15% energy savings in typical applications—and ensures consistent performance even in varying demand scenarios.

The company is investing Rs. 650 crore over the next five years into expanding capacity and R&D, with a team of 180 engineers working on cutting-edge compressor technologies.
