Samsung and LG Electronics have revealed their latest heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) innovations at ISH 2025 in Frankfurt, Germany, held from March 17-21.
Samsung’s 489-square-meter booth highlights high-efficiency systems like the Slim Fit Climate Hub and EHS Mono R290 heat pumps. The Slim Fit Climate Hub offers a sleek design with a 200-liter water tank and an AI Home touchscreen for easier operation. The EHS Mono R290, using natural refrigerant R290, can provide high-temperature water up to 75°C. Samsung also introduces the Bespoke AI Wind-Free Combo, which maintains consistent indoor temperatures while efficiently dehumidifying.
Additionally, Samsung showcases SmartThings, a platform that connects devices for enhanced energy efficiency and seamless operation.
Meanwhile, LG’s 492-square-meter booth highlights its Therma V heat pump, an air-source system for heating, cooling, and hot water, which reduces carbon emissions compared to traditional systems. LG also presents the Therma V Monoblock G for multi-family homes and energy-efficient commercial solutions like the Inverter Scroll Chiller and Multi V i, both using eco-friendly refrigerant R32.
LG is focusing on decarbonization and energy transition with its high-efficiency systems, aiming to strengthen its presence in Europe.
Both companies are positioning themselves as leaders in HVAC technology, offering sustainable and energy-efficient solutions for the European market.
