Samsung Electronics is launching a new campaign, ‘AI Home Appliance Troika,’ starting on the 27th, featuring former advertisement models Kim Yuna, Han Ga-in, and Jun Ji-hyun. The campaign will highlight core products in the home appliance market, including air conditioners, washing machines, and refrigerators, all powered by the latest AI technology.
Kim Yuna previously represented the Hausen air conditioner, Han Ga-in was the face of the Hausen washing machine, and Jun Ji-hyun promoted the Zipel refrigerator. In this new campaign, the trio aims to reinforce the message that “AI home appliances = Samsung,” showcasing the company’s advanced offerings: the Bespoke AI Windless Combo air conditioner, Bespoke AI Combo washer-dryer, and Bespoke AI Hybrid Kitchen Fit Max refrigerator.
The Bespoke AI Windless Combo air conditioner, known for its windless feature and AI-driven functionality, saw a 50% increase in sales in the first quarter of this year. The Bespoke AI Combo washer-dryer sold 10,000 units within its first 40 days, with expanded capacity and enhanced AI features in its new iteration. Meanwhile, the Bespoke AI Hybrid Kitchen Fit Max refrigerator continues to gain attention for its innovative AI capabilities and sleek design.
In a teaser video titled ‘召唤 편’ (Recalled Part), the three models reflect on their past roles while introducing the new AI-powered appliances. Kim Yuna commented, “In the past, the wind blew fiercely, but nowadays, the windless function is perfectly adjusted by AI.” Han Ga-in added, “The AI washer takes care of everything, so there’s nothing to worry about.” Jun Ji-hyun reminisced, “I remember the old advertisement copy, ‘Eat, live, and love,’ and now the refrigerator even tells you recipes.”
