The ProFeeder epitomizes the concept of plug-and-play simplicity, offering an easily programmable and deployable solution for parts handling. At EMO, the ProFeeder’s synergy with the TM8Mi lathe will be vividly demonstrated, showcasing its adaptability across a range of Hurco machines. Seamlessly interwoven into processes, the ProFeeder integrates via the intuitive WinMax control software and the Automation Job Manager solution, tailored specifically for ProCobots.
Herr accentuated, “The remarkable adaptability of our control system will be on full display. Through this automation solution, the loading of parts transpires seamlessly, devoid of any need for specialized programming proficiency. The operator benefits from a familiar interface, with the two control system screens offering a comfortable environment.”

A groundbreaking addition this year is the Surfacing option. Leaning on Hurco’s Solid Model Import software, the 3D models formatted as STEP files can now be directly imported into the control. This expansion of capability, referred to as Surfacing, empowers the programming of intricate freeform surfaces right on the shop floor. Previously, such tasks necessitated the utilization of a CAM workstation.
