Laser Lines Showcases 3D Printing and Industrial Laser Solutions at Southern Manufacturing 2024

by Anna

Laser Lines, a leading provider of 3D printing and industrial laser solutions, is set to exhibit a diverse range of technologies at Southern Manufacturing 2024 in Farnborough from February 6-8. Located at stand E150, the showcase will include innovative 3D printers and industrial laser solutions designed to meet various manufacturing needs.

Among the featured technologies is the XM200C metal powder-bed fusion 3D printer from Xact Metal. Known for its compact size and affordability, the XM200C is capable of producing high-quality metal parts from a variety of metal powders at a low cost. This printer is especially suitable for universities, prototyping laboratories, and small to medium enterprises requiring multiple machines.

Additionally, Laser Lines will present two 3D printers from Stratasys—the F370CR and the J35 Pro. The F370CR is designed for more demanding projects that require stronger, stiffer parts with greater impact resistance. It can process high-performance composite materials, such as FDM Nylon-CF10, which combines nylon and carbon fiber to produce parts that are 50% stronger and 20% stiffer than equivalent materials on other F123 series machines.

The Stratasys J35 Pro, ideal for office environments, meets the expectations of engineers and designers producing concept or functional designs. With layer thicknesses down to 18 µm, this printer prints quality models, including complex geometries and fine features, without compromising accuracy or detail.
